State of the Art Software and Systems for Electronic Billing
We are industry experts at electronic billing, and we submit electronic claims directly to all major insurance carriers (Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, MVP, etc...). Direct electronic submission allows us to quickly correct errors and reduces the processing time for claims reimbursement. We minimize the use of third party electronic clearing houses and paper billing, and we submit secondary claims electronically when possible.
We use Raintree Systems Practice Manager software because it provides the best capabilities for direct electronic billing and advanced financial reporting. Our software and databases are installed on high performance HP ProLiant Servers, and our servers are located at the Onramp datacenter in Austin, Texas. The databases are backed up every night using the Onramp enterprise backup service, and the data tapes are stored offsite in a secure vault. These systems ensure that all patient confidential information is secure and in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
Healthcare providers can log in to our servers to view billing activity, enter new patient information, schedule patients, and run financial reports by installing the Raintree Client application on computers in their offices. Our systems are suitable for single provider practices as well as large multi site clinics.
